Hunts need their HP scaled back

Been trying to work on relics for my other jobs and finding that hunts are too hard to solo most of the time. Even level 50 hunts, 60 is almost impossible.

Most people do not do hunts anymore and SE buffed the 60 hunts HP back when a lot of people were doing them. They are not that popular anymore but this makes it extremely difficult for someone who wants to do them now for additional relics.

My advice to you SE is to scale back the HP on A rank hunts in HW areas due to the few people that do them now. They don't need super buffed HP anymore that they were given in 3.0-3.1

I'm surprised there aren't active hunt groups on Sargatanas. Hyperion still has several hunt linkshells, and it's easy to find help to take these mobs down. Only once recently did I call for backup on an A rank and only one person responded... we just whipped out our chocobos and duo'd it pretty easily, although it took a few minutes.

The A and S rank hunts were never intended to be soloed. A ranks were and are intended to be killed by at the least a light party. S ranks are expected to take multiple full parties.

I've successfully tank/healer 2 manned most of the HW A ranks. The HP amounts are fine.

I've never had a problem killing Heavensward A ranks even in very small groups of 2-3 people. I'm sure hunts will become relevant yet again in the near future; what's the point of scaling back the hp now if they're only going to need to raise it again later?

ARR A-ranks are still better for relic progression anyway.

Hunts are still done all the time on my server.

They need their HP increased if anything, they die in a few seconds with a large number of people and makes it more of hide and seek tag rather than "hunting".

Hunts need a buff relative to amount of people in a fate radius zone in my opinion, EG super powerful with over 100 people.

On my server either you are solo or can find 1-2 people and nobody wants to do an A rank HW hunt with that few due to it taking like 15+ min to kill. The HP buff they were given was due to the fact they were dying too fast. But right now they are not dying fast and if you can only get at most a couple of people to do them it takes too long to kill thus their HP should be scaled back because the HP buff has created a problem of people not being able to kill them with just a few.

The problem is that it takes a very long time with that few people. Many are not willing to try with that few. Not that you can't do it that it takes forever. If they had the same HP they had at launch it would be much more manageable but SE super buffed them at the 3.1 release I believe.

Sounds like you're doing something wrong as it takes around 5minutes for most duos I'm with in under i200 gear though I guess that depends ultimately on your class/chocobos and what not. We have hunting linkshells established on our server to pull people in helping us even at dead times. It's not so hard to gather some friends to help I imagine which is the purpose of group activities.

Not doing stuff wrong I beat raid content my rotation is correct. The mobs just have a massive pile of HP. Hunt linkshells all but died off for the most part. Go duo any HW hunt it will not take 5 min.
