With how SE views house selling you are essentially encouraging others to break rules. I'd advise deleting unless you want the risk of warnings and such.

Thanks for the advice, didn't knew that. But I'm wondering why so many ppl ask for a house here.

I'd assume because it used to be a pretty normal occurrence of people selling houses and SE didn't seem too bothered up until recently.
