Primal battle loot sugestion

Last night i was part of multiple sucessfull hard mode ifrit runs. Naturaly the topic of the weapons came up. this discussion was brought on when a member received a conjurers cane from the chest, for his second time. that of course brought up a anecdote about some poor sob you received the battle axe three times in a row.

I thought to my self, Ya know they already have a pretty decent system regarding drops of this type in the game with the rune stones from the faction leve nm's.

What if upon checking the coffer you had a chance to gain a item that could be turned in for the primal weapon of your choosing. No extra components to gather no extra running around. Just hand said item to the same npc you get the key item from choose from a list and move on.

This eliminates most if not all of the worries yoshida san has expressed about the loot distribution coming from the primal content.
