how do I get in game help from GM

i see the support tab in the menu but i cant not submit my own question how do i do that

I don't have the game up, so this is a bit off memory, but you should be able to click F.A.Q from the support tab in-game, and from there you'll have an option to contact a GM.

Support Deck > Contact Us > Report Harassment > Ask your question


Seriously, filing it under Harassment they'll at least look at it quickly, and there's no actual option for asking questions just the FAQs thing. SE is extremely hands-off when it comes to handling the majority of player issues (Annoyingly hands-off when compared to GMs in other MMOs) .

If you just have a small question they might actually answer it, but it you want real help with something expect a patronizing copypasta feeling response about how it's outside the scope of their services with not much after that.

Using harassment for something other than harassment isn't the best way to get help. You'll want to go to the FAQ, type in your question, and choose 'submit a ticket' from one of the responses that comes up.
