Glitched Sea of Clouds quest?

Hello everyone... I normally don't post on forums, and I'm not even entirely sure if this is the proper place to post this, so I'm super sorry if I'm messing something up here.

Okay, here goes my issue. I'm up to the Antitower, and because I'm currently locked out of that quest due to item level, I decided to go collect the rest of the aether currents I was missing in the other areas. Everything was going well until I decided to do the Sea of Clouds.

I've grabbed up every collectible current on the map, and I've completed all five necessary current quests as well... but the game is still saying I'm missing one Aether Current. More specifically, the third of the five yellow diamonds on the aether current menu. After a bit of research, I think I've figured out that quest is supposed to be "Honoring the Past" but I could be very wrong about that.

Regardless as to what quest it is or isn't, it still doesn't make sense, because as I've said, I've completed all five of the quests... "Clipped Wings" "Honoring the Past" "Bolt, Chain, and Island" "Sleepless in Ok'Zundu" and "Flying the Nest" are all marked as completed in my journal, and unfindable on the map. Is there anyone who can help?
