While Daylight Savings is in effect, the "Server Time" advances one hour ahead. The U.S. begins Daylight Savings several weeks before Western Europe does, and ends several weeks after. Thus for those weeks people who speak the same language and same server display a different "Server Time" depending on their location.

This issue occurs w/ every version of the game. Windows, Mac, PS4 and PS3 versions.
