Why my SCH's Healing Potency is lower than my WHM/AST?

I have exactly same gear to all my healer (Same ilvl) and I see SCH's healing potency is lower than the other healer (Also I put my SCH all to Mind status). Can someone explain this? :confused:

Check the potency on the description. Physic is the same as a cure1 but adlo is not the same potency as a cure2 because of the shield. Lustrate is more akin to cure2 but use aetherfow. Succor think hace the same potency of a medica2 but intead of a regen effect it have galvanize. The instan AoE cure is like a medica1. You also have a fairy constantly healing and buffing for free. That more or less the comparison SCH vs WHM, as for AST with how the Noct stance work 'im not sure how the conventions are but they are very close.

Is both your WHM/AST and SCH share the same amount of MND and/or substats like Det?
Also did they already changed the passive trait works for Arcanist? iirc, you don't get MND bonus because Arcanist has the INT one.

Yep both have 35 MND.

I think it's because of the passive trait of Arcanist that makes SCH's healing potency lower than WHM/AST. I forget this passive trait only gives INT buff. Thanks to mention it! :D

SCHs give Piety buff, not INT.

Not the party buff.

WHM and AST have enchanced mind triaits, SCH gets ACN enhanced Intelligence trait.

I thought the ACN trait was called "maim and mend" like it would enhance both depending on what job you took.

Maim and Mend is a separate trait that all the healer classes get.
