Static LF healer

Hi there,

As our WHM has to leave the team due to work schedule our fun MC progression static is looking for a reliable member to get started deeper into Midas Savage. It is a linkshell based static no FC change needed!

We need:

- 1 healer either WHM, AST (diurnal) or SCH

What we expect:

- Be on time
- Let us know ideally 2 hours+ before raid if you cannot make it
- Be nice and don't try to find the fault in others people's performance if we wipe
- Be able to take criticism
- Prepare for raid and try to improve
- Bring raidfood/potions (we might be able to craft if you provide mats)
- Previous raid XP preferred
- Be willing to invest time outside of our raidschedule to get better at your role, train mechanics, prepare with guides (we often just team up to train when a few of us online)
- SCH needs to be able to beat A5S dummy (and meld accuracy), WHM and AST need to have mana-management and be still able to solo easy parts
- Know the stance dance on any of the 3
- Have TS3 access and ideally can speak up if needed (mic)
- Being able to switch the class for more flexibility when we need a replacement is a plus
- i215 + (its fair and easy enough to reach)

The raid:

- Current raiddays are Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday 20-22 CET / 7-9 pm ST (small changes might be possible)
- Thordan, A1S, A2S, Sephi down we can help on clearing those
- A3S up to Embolus before patch... time ran out and now nerfs hit ;_;
- We have A5S somewhere between 25-30% (does it really matter?)
- Friendly, funny atmosphere full of jokes
- We try to help each other and ask each other for help, we raid as friends
- We are a mixed international group and have PC, PS3 and PS4 players
- We also do sometimes Feast together and help each other on crafts
