Hello everyone, My friend and I are looking to either transfer over or make new characters on this server. We are looking for a Free Company that isn't to large so not to get lost in the roster and that does Role playing. We are new to FF role playing but have experience doing such on other games.
Hey there, I'm not sure we we'll fall under your defination of small, as honestly it seems to vary on if we're small by person to person but Dragon Army is currently looking for more members to bring into the fold. During the week we have anywhere from 15 - 25 members online, and during the weekends we have 24 to 40 online. NA "prime times" usually sees us around 20ish people online during the week. That might be considered to big for your tastes but we do try our best to put our focus on community.

If you're still in the market for a FC, currently Phoenix Aria is recruiting as we build up once more. We're a medium to heavy RP FC that's small and very orientated to helping each other in any aspects of the game. We currently have about ten active members with some leveling through the MSQ for the first time and others leveling other classes. So even if you start up fresh you'd have someone to play with more than likely! We're also pretty lore-driven and open to teaching people who are new to the FFXIV RP scene. Our FC is level 8, has a house in the Goblet, an airship, garden and chocobo stable as needed.

Hi KimariOkami! My FC (Llymlaen's Fury <FURY>, Rank 6) is looking for new members, we are a small group of friends (8 in total) who started a laid back social/casual FC and just enjoy playing the game and learning together. We use Discord to voice chat in game in addition to FC Chat in game. We range from levels 26-55 and most of us play Mon-Fri 3p-12a cst and play on and off all weekend.
