My issue with current matchmaking

Currently matchmaking is done by using a average of points between people, as to make it "even."

My issue with this is that it'll pair people with very high rating with people with very low rating, and we all know that the team with a more even lineup will do better, there is only so much the person with higher rating can do to carry the dead weight of someone with who is stuck in the 500's or even lower.

I think it should match people based on each person role, at the very least then it would be fair, the current system punishes people who end up doing well by matching them up with people who don't know what pvp abilities are or are just new and clueless.
