Forming a static raid group to tackle Seph Ex and Midas Savage

I am looking to form a static raid group to do Seph Ex and Midas Savage. This will be a casual progression group doing things at a good enjoyable pace. I will be looking for a war, pally/dark knight, whm, sch, monk/nin, drg, bard/mch, and I will be the smn/blm. We will raid 3 days a week from 8:30pm/9pm est to 11:30pm/12am est ( days will be decided after talking to people but would either like tues-thurs or m/w/f). The requirements for this group are 1.) min ilvl of 210 2.) must have team speak and a working headset and mic 3.) show up for raid on time ( be on 10 min before so I can inv people- I will not tolerate lateness, only exceptions are work/school/family 4.) Fights will expect certain dps output but nobody will harp about dps of another team member- If we have a pc player parsing I will ask for numbers to be copied/pasted in ts or chat after wipes and clearing fights but will not shun anyone for low dps because somebody else might do a little more to compensate things

Ok here is an adjustment to the thread. I'm looking for the same classes for the group but raid days will be decided after talking to everybody and the time frame will be 10pm/11pm est till 1am/2am est. Just want 7 other people who would like to raid endgame content and you can be new to it but all I ask is that you be geared for it or in the process of doing it. If we have to do Alexander Gordias savage first I don't mind. I don't want any aholes, dickheads, druggies, or dps harassers. Were here to learn and do the fights together. Be able to speak/understand English, willing to work with 7 other strangers/team members, do the mechanics of the fights, and have fun most of all.
