Hello! My group is in need of another melee (have a drg but a nin would be great...or mnk would be ok) and a ranged dps. We are running a midcore schedule but still expecting high-tier progression out of the time that we are in raid. So this means we are wanting members motivated and capable of min/maxing during fights and that have a good understanding of their classes as well as understanding there is always room to improve. We are on another server, so it would mean transferring if everything ended up being a good fit. So that is something you two would need to consider when looking at the group.
