I feel that ROG/NIN's Mug needs a buff.

Over the course of playing this game for about a year I've only seen Mug's additional item acquisition proc happen 3 times. Which I find pretty ridiculous for a 90 second oGCD attack and would prefer whatever chance it has of happening to a flat 10%-20% proc chance. 50% would be preferred but let's not get ahead of ourselves. Otherwise it's just a free 140 pot which will mostly be used in Viper Venom for the sissy heal which has a 100% chance of happening.

Grump grump. Any thoughts?
