SE tormenting NPCs

When will the tormenting stop? This NPC has been asking for help all the way back in 3.0 (see below image). NPCs have rights to! To all players who care, donate 5 gil a day to help us stop SE from tormenting NPCs. You have the power to make the tormenting stop.

Don't forget the NPC hanging up at Limsa either is sunny, raining, snowing, lighting or freezing like forever xD

PS: this should be the treatment that RMTers get. But looking in future Limsa would be a massive lag with tons of rmt bots hanging up >_<

i have seen one hanging in ishgard too crying for help
