Ghost island! Idyl/Hinterlands

Ghost island!

This island (pictured below) is viewable from Idyllshire, but not from Dravanian Hinterlands. Confirmed on mid-range PC, high-end PC and PS4 players. Sure, not a 'bug' of sorts....but overlook, I guess?

Yeah, I uploaded the wrong pic. But that's the location....view it from Idyll and it'll have a small island.
