pvp feedback and suggestions

Loving the feast but i feel it needs some adjustment for the seasons and in general so posting some suggestions

changes for seasons:

*season rewards are handed out based on server ranking not data centre
*add season rewards for light parties
*adjust the amount of rating lost after losing a match based on tier
bronze-silver (-10)
silver-gold (-15)
gold-platinum (-20)
Platinum-diamond (-25)
*job balancing (my personal opinion)
astro instant shield is OP
summoners not as bad as they used to be but still feel deathflare or the baned dots need to be nerfed a little
ninja TA slightly too potent

general feast changes
Private matches 4v4, 8v8 offering no rewards but just for fun
a map which changes over time or has its own aoes
