I realized I have the 500 player commendations achievement, but I don't have the mount... I did a search and it's not in my inventory or with my retainer. Is there any way to get it back? It's not learned either.

Have to go grab it from Jonathas (sp?) at old Gridania, around the Apkallu Waterfall. That's where you will get all your achievement rewards from.
Did you go talk to Jonas after you got the acheivement to receive your reward? You do not get it automatically you have to go claim it. He is in Gridania at the Apalaka Falls.
