question about statics

so im from levi server and i was wondering if getting into a static is hard in this server? (or any server) compare to gilgamesh. i like raiding but i never see a forming static looking for peeps in chat even if its for normals

That's a hard question to answer because it varies so wildly from server to server...it also depends largely on what role you are. For instance, it's easier to replace DPS because there are so many more DPS than tanks or healers. This also means that you're likely to have people parse you and other DPS applying for the same position to see who fares better.

A healer or tank is less likely to be replaced.

It also depends on what the endgame raiding scene is like on your server. I've seen reports of servers where the endgame scene is basically nonexistent, and I've been on some where it's very lively and easy to find someone to play with.

As a heads-up, I would not recommend trying to find a new static if you're looking for a spot for more than just one person. Some friends and I have had this issue in the past. If you plan on going into a static with a specific person, it will likely be easier to just form your own.

aaaa well right now im on levi server and well im trying to figure out how to raid at lvl 60 since my fc already haves a raid going on ;s so its hard to get into my fc raiding. and i really like raiding but for me it wouldbe hard to create my own tho

It's easier to look under your specific server forums. If you don't see anything you like listed, make your own thread with your role(s) and time available to see if you get hits. Good luck!

I'm not very familiar with raiding on Leviathan. Perhaps you should check the Leviathan board here on the forums to see how many people are recruiting others for statics? And if you've tried joining a static within your FC and it did not work, then I would recommend creating your own...especially considering that you aren't yet in endgame content (assuming that BRD is your highest level job). This means that you'll have quite a bit of catching up to do.

You could always power through Alex and go straight to Midas, but I would not recommend it. Even now, I see people skip to T5 and then go straight to T9, and the difficulty spike is just too much. Take your time and find others that are willing to catch up or go through it all with you at a good pace without ripping yourself off.
