2002 error, can't find an official word on it.

So, I was able to log in this morning just fine this morning without much trouble, after some weird connection issues at first.
Then in the middle of typing into my FC chat, I crashed and got a 90k. I tried logging back in and was given a 2002 error and was unable to even connect to Primal and the game crashed.

I'm able to connect to every other data center except Primal and Aether, the two North American centers. Does anyone have an official word on this? Is there a way to possibly fix this? I'm hoping it'll at least be resolved later tonight, as we had a scheduled run for LoA planned. :(

If it's significant to note, my bf also had the exact same issue on his computer, as well as a guild mate of ours. The only connection I'm seeing being that we all live in Canada.
