Bug in quest "Soul without life"

I'm doing "Soul without life" quest for Machinist Anima Weapon, I got crystals from 4 out of 6 zones in the last 2 weeks.
My issue is that in 2 weeks of DAILY fates, I got all crystals from the other zones... while in Dravian Forelands I got zero crystals!
I know that RNG is bad, but zero crystals in 2 weeks is really wrong
Could it be my quest is bugged?

I will say I spent all day yesterday grinding forelands and got nothing. The day before however I got 6 from CWH in 10 fates so I am willing to guess it is just unholy RNG at least in my case.
