BLM i213 LF savage static [Returning player]

Started playing a month before heavensward was launched, cleared A1S short time after release then my static fell apart and I took a break.
Sephiroth EX on enrage for several days (since I have to pug it and I tend to be unlucky with so called "kill groups" I haven't gotten the kill yet).

DPS-wise I'd rate myself as better than good considering the gear. Can add that I've studied logs of best BLMs recorded on fflogs.com to acquire the best possible rotation/changes. I'm very hard on myself so I do whatever I can to do "more than enough" both dps- and mechanic-wise. 4y tanking in SWTOR improved my raid awarness as well.
Still gearing-up - with strict plan for loot to achieve proper stat distribution.

Availabity time open for discussion. Transfer possible. Should it be a better option to you, I also play BRD and see no problem at all to main it, although it will take more time to gear that class.
