King Slime Crown lost after server transfer.

I've noticed for sometime now that my King Slime Crown had been missing and have tried multiple times since I server transferred in February of 2015 to try and get my item returned. I first noticed the item missing a month or two after my server transfer, and remember last wearing it on Behemoth shortly after doing the event. I still have my Thug's Mug and Stone Golem minion, but the King Slime Crown isn't in my inventory, armory chest, retainers, armoire, and doesn't show up in the Calamity Scavenger. I've tried over the past few days to submit tickets in-game to rectify this issue only to be met with generic copy and paste answers. This is not a game breaking issue for me, but I do miss my giggly King Slime Crown.

2. Looked for King Slime Crown and could not find in inventory, armory chest, or retainers.
3. Checked in armoire and Calamity Scavenger and did not see the King Slime Crown listed.
