Unable to watch Intro Video

I recently encoutered a minor Bug with my System.

I am unable to watch the Intro again. When I log in and wait too long at the Mainmenue, the screen fades to black with the loading icon spinning, but nothing more happening.

The video won´t load it seems, and the only way to get back to function is to open up task-manager and quit out ffxiv.

my system just recovered from some broken parts, RAM and GPU was replaced, a lot´s of saving and copying the folder with the ffxiv data files.

i guess the video is corrupted or something, on my laptop it run´s smooth, even with much lower specs on the laptop. not to forget, a i7, 16 GB RAM and a gtx970 should leave no doubt about the PC handling the stuff,

any idea?
