3 Star + 2 Star Crafting Macro for patch 3.2

Hey everyone o/ I've made a video of my 2 star and 3 star crafting macros and just wanted to throw it out there and try to help. I will warn you it requires a ton of cp but If your a cp freak like me you ought to be able to pull it off ;)
Stats Required are Craftsmanship 850, Control 820, CP 470 Basically 3 star minimum

Muscle Memory is probably better for macros than Maker's Mark. It is cheaper, it fits on one line, it gives you a non-variable amount of progress, and you're already missing out on the the primary benefit of Maker's Mark (fishing for good states) anyway.

You only have five durability-consuming actions under Waste Not II. You could save CP by using Master's Mend or Manipulation instead.

Muscle Memory consumes durability, makes subsequent uses of Piece by Piece less effective, and gives less time for Comfort Zone to do work. The early part of this rotation appears to be focused on getting to one synth away from completion using the lowest durability possible (3 steps that consume durability.) The equivalent for MuMe would be that and two PbP leaving 498 progress to go. Ing2+Name+Brand might get there with high enough Craftsmanship (it does for 2 star on the lokyst.net simulator, but I can't test on 3-star right now) but that's a lot of stuff to throw onto the end. Could still be viable, but I'd need to play around with it when I'm not at work.

Edit: I'm not finding something that lets you fit this all in with MuMe. Stacking Innov+GS+SH+BB+Ing2+Name+Brand takes tons of CP and forces you to clip a different SH. The best I can come up with that's within the CP budget is to go back to something like Rath's original version where you use CS2 twice under WN2 then end with CS2 under Ing2, but that gets you one less HT than Chad's macro does and might or might not work for 3 star.

Edit 2: Confirmed on the MM/Manip suggestion. Replacing WN2 with that makes the rotation use 460 CP if you're using Manipulation or 464 CP if you're not. Handy for me since I'm using the i180 MH on a few classes and thus cap out at 468.

470 CP?

That's a bit unnecessary. I don't even have that with seafood stew and I'm fully geared. I'd recommend not macroing big crafts and just use ToT procs and/or whistle efficiently tbh. It will always be more reliable for less resources and that way you can meld extra control instead of a ridiculous amount of CP heh.

A decent macro would be handy for the mat recipes at least. It's easy to stack initial quality onto the final recipes to the point where it's tempting to just not bother with HQ on the 3* mat recipes, but you have less of a safety net if you don't. If a macro gets HQ on the mats let's say 2/3 of the time, that's a pretty good middle ground between "spend loads of time and undivided attention on making all the mats" and "half-ass the mats and NQ everything so it goes faster."

Some lower CP budget options:
Replace WN2 with Master's Mend: 464 CP
Replace WN2 with Manipulation: 460 CP <- Either of these won't actually affect the macro's performance at all.
Drop Innovation while using Manipulation: 442 CP (though if you need to do this to save CP, the "higher progress" version of the finisher would have to go straight to doubling up on CS2. 457 CP still lets you use Standard Synth at the end.)

Edit: One question about the macro that's unrelated to the rotation - What's up with the 4 second pause after using Maker's Mark? Was that running into lag issues and clipping CZ or something?

yes on the maker's mark i did wait 3 and i seemed to sometimes not get that comfort zone in there bc of lag i assume. so if i take out waste not 2 and put in manipulation could you show me kind of where u would fit it in?original is

470 Cp is a lot but my suggestion will always and forever be to never skimp on CP melds. Focus control or craftsmanship in your melds to make up the difference with food. But if you skimp the cp melds i feel like you're cheating yourself out of an extra action you could throw in there at some point whether it be in a mcro or in ur rotation

If you push to 870 craftmanship and find that last 2 CP (472) you can use http://i.imgur.com/oU0L3Uv.png

OP's macro fits in 11 Hasty Touches, one of which is under Innovation under ideal conditions. That one does 10. It's simpler and has less to react to, but those are the only advantages.

Bigger byregot's combo, shorter craft length and certain progress from the offset. It depends on what they value whether they use it or not.
Even with 1 failed touch, it does 96% with all NQ start.
