Speech to Text question/problem

I've decided to try Windows Speech Recognition in game. Mostly because I'll have an Oculus soon. I've used it on my friends DK2 and it works well when you get used to it. There is a bit of disorientation when trying to reach for the keyboard. I can type without looking at the keyboard just fine, but I fumble a lot at the start. I read a few pages from The Wheel of Time series to WSR and it followed me just fine and and was able to learn words too. In games though...

If I say "Raise" it will will cast Resurrection on my target. It wasn't my main objective, but a neat side effect.

I can't talk in chat and I can't figure out why. If I say "enter" it will active the chat as if I was starting to typing, if I follow it up with "Hello" the WSR thinks I am trying to give it a command, like "Open Notepad" and just wants me to try again. If I say "Enter H e l l o enter" then it will say hello in the chat window.

Has anyone else here tried to do this? Has anyone found a way around this?
