My MCH got one suit "Antiquated Machinist's Shirt"
Also other gears from duty drop. (all 60lvl)
I don't like this colors. I wanted dye them all "soot black" and "Dalamud Red" dye.
Before I was 10-49 lvl other gears can dye.
So 50-60 level high gears can't. Why????

I really wish there weren't restrictions on very simple clothes to dye. I'd love to dye my Lord's Drawers. Coming only in white, black and beige just seems unnecessarily restrictive.
Your English is fine. To dye the MCH outfit, you need to upgrade it with the items sold by Bertana in Idyllshire (Seika is the NPC in Idyllshire who performs the upgrade). The items come from Void Ark or you can farm Centurio Marks and buy six books to trade for the upgrade item.
The dungeon drops are not dyeable, some dungeon items before lvl60 were the same.
With a Gobtwine you can upgrade the antiquated machinist shirt to a machinist shirt and then dye it (run void ark, get a mhachi farthing, trade it in in idyllshire for gobtwine, take shirt and twine to npc to upgrade).
As for dungeon gear, not being able to dye it is sadly something that happenes in the game when it comes to unique sets.

You can dye the UPGRADED esoterics gear. Just run a quick void ark and upgrade your top piece to 210 and you can dye it
