Vath level 7 Rank up?

So for all the previous rank ups with the Vath they unlocked an additional 3 quests from the Keeneye after completing the appropriate relation's quest. However when you rank up to "7. Sworn" it doesn't unlock an additional 3 quest for the day. Is this intended? I know it was mentioned that it would be for the Vanu Vanu, but considering all the previous rank ups for the Vath for it seems like it should be a thing.

The story effectively ends at rank 7, so there are no new quests given at that rank.

The new quests given are always new ones that you didn't have access to before. When you hit rank 7, no new quests are added, so there are no quests to give as bonus quests. It's the same for the Vanu Vanu. Also, there's practically no difference between 7 and 8 anyway - just an exp buff to the quests, and I'm not sure if the Triple Triad opponents require rank 7 or rank 8.

I think max rank will matter only in the future, if they design a new allied beast tribe quest.
