Disband a free company

So I'm stuck in an old free company and trying to get out of it to transfer to another world. Due to the absence of other players and the company being pretty much dead I've been made master of the free company. How do I disband the free company? It also says I'm not authorized to take company actions. Is there a way around this? Do I have to completely disband the free company or can I just leave it?

You have to talk with a NPC to disband a FC, you can find the NPC at the Grand Compnay head quater which associated with your FC.
That is the place where you start a FC, too. ^^;
