The Limitless Blue (Hard) and (Extreme), always in combat

Hello!

Unfortunately, there are times where the duty, The Limitless Blue (Hard) and The Limitless Blue (Extreme), upon failing the trial either by the island reaching 0 durability or by falling off the island, seem to lock the party into combat even when Bismarck has not been engaged.

This makes it so it's impossible to vote kick anyone who has disconnected, use any out-of-combat abilities such as Stoneskin II, run a Ready Check, or leave the instance.

This bug happens frequently, albeit not always.
