concerning character creation restriction on excalibur

Hello forum dwellers,

I just subscribed to the game and I am wondering when I will be able to create another character on excalibur, been two days now since I cant create a new character. Was looking forward subscription to create a new char. Does it usually take this long? Is there a better day in the week or hour when I should create?

A lot of people have success first thing in the morning or late night/early morning (11:00pm PST- 2:00am PST). Another good time will be right before the servers go down for maintenance tomorrow or right after the maintenance is over and the servers come back up.
