I've been to enrage before and I've still not got my clear yet even though I ask for enrage or atleast 1 loop experience, I've seen Sephirot at 5% getting kinda frustrating. Sometimes I load up a save state in Final Fantasy VI just beat the fiend there, it's kinda depressing. Should I just give up and wait for a 230 weapon?

Well, in my experience from 2.0 to now, if you didn't clear it the first few days, the chances of getting a good pt for it are almost zero.

If anything, just go by bismarck ex when it came out. If you didn't clear it soon, you got stuck with all the bads who can't dodge, won't/don't know their job or refuse to listen to how the fight goes or people who were just so undergeared, you couldn't do it no matter how skilled people were. Sure, you'd also run into the few good people who didn't try it when it was released, but the horde of bads just outnumbers those. Which kind of sucks :/ seeing as I didn't have the money to reactivate until the other night, so I know I'll never get it done.

i could surely beat it longtime ago but did it after some people agree screw the bonus for some reason are one the toxic thing in this game.
People think new player with bonus is bad but i see more people who beat it barely beat it again.

To ur answer your question is: I don't know what your team doing but what you can do is try push the dps abit on the fight and try use limit break twice in that fight at phase 3 and it help alot.

It's driving me crazy. I can't stand healing the battle, but I want him dead badly enough that I'm willing to go full masochist for it.

I pity any poor BLM in there, though.

Yeah closest ive been is 35% and ill be truely honest here i do screw up on the twister like mechanic but now joining going for kill parties and having to wipe on phase one is really grinding my gears

I haven't even done hard mode yet. Nor the new dungeons.

Still trying to clear Sepiroth extreme. Went as far to the Storm of Words than that's it. Still finding for a team to clear together. :(
It really is depressing but cheer up!! I am sure we can clear it :D

Tried it once and got to phase switch, and then I thought that I really didn't want to put up with the nonsense of dealing with people lying about their progression, sitting in PF for hours on end or deal with any of that stress really like other EX primals. Now, if the weapons looked as good as Ravana's it would be an entirely different story and I'd be trying to clear it, but the rewards just aren't appealing enough for the effort of doing it with random people every time.

90% of mechanics are simple its just positions that are nost important and i feel bad for healers in this fight, i thought thordan was bad lol

At the moment, I am more irritated with it. What gets me is I have ran this thing for I'd say well over 20hours total with a few different groups of people. Regardless we learn, we push on and when we decide to call it a night, I find they group up again early the next day or so and clear it without me, proceed to have some people of the same group join and we get close (and I am tanking, having zero issue and even with parser of another person keeping up) and same deal again. We call it and this group clears it the next day with different dps and tank. Of course as luck has it now I can't even seem to find these people as they now seem to only run with the people they cleared with despite me being there too and having the DPS screw us cus they didn't kill the Storm with seph at 3%. We could have easily salvaged it I think but it blew everyone off but the other tank. Honestly I almost want to throw my hands up and say I am done at this point but at the same time I know I can do it, I know for a fact the losses are not on me but I just can't find capable people now.
