Spoony bard minion?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has instructions on redeeming the Spoony Bard minion from the Heavensward OST. I found a few cards in the booklet, one containing a code for the square enix members Japanese site, which has a code on it that doesn't match the length of normal XIV item reclamation codes (20 char). A little help for the Japanese-illiterate here? Thanks so much in advance guys :)

It's the code printed on the inside of the card lining the exterior spine of the jewel case.

Still waiting for my copy but they usually print the code on the inside of the obi, the slip of paper which wraps around the spine of the CD when it's in its plastic.

Ditto, I claimed my minion then spent the rest of the night sorting out the OST (getting it from my Xbox One, now THAT was fun!), then sorting out the song titles (PLEASE NO KATAKANA!) and filenames (HEAVENSWARD_001, so informative ¬_¬) and then getting them able to be listened on my phone. I don't care much for the minion, that was just a bonus, but damn did I want that music.

I have a Blu-Ray player on my desktop, so I was able to get the music easily.
