Team Shots Fired lf Exceptional WAR or PLD/DRK for cutting edge A6S+ progression

Hi there.

Team Shots Fired, led by Dervy, one of the 4 active raiding statics in Coral FreeCompany, are looking for an Warrior, OR an exceptional PLD/DRK for Hardcore A6S+, cutting edge progression.

The group itself are full of extremely skilled players who consistently push themselves to the limit, excelling in every aspect of the Game. The atmosphere between us is tight and very supportive, creating a perfect environment for raiders to flourish, along with a leader who consistently boosts the groups morale.

The Group itself has A4S on farm, can sell Sephirot and defeated A5S with extreme ease.

I expect the Tank to fill all below criteria:

* Have an extremely strong raiding Background. Your past achievements will be checked, videos for reviewing are a must and your FFlog uploads will be vigorously checked upon. A5S/Sephirot EX clearers will award you with bonus cookie points.

* Must be capable of preferably raiding 8+ hours a day from 2pm ST for the remainder of this week (if you join this week), then meet our raiding Schedule which will be posted below.

* Must be able to purchase craftable gear and meld materia. We have crafters, so the gear will be VERY affordable, but if you're not willing to invest into crafted gear and maximize your characters potential, this is not the place for you.

* Theorycrafting knowledge. I do not expect anyone joining, to compare to my Theorycrafting prowess. However, you must have a strong mechanical understanding of FFXIV and willing to join in with group discussions regarding Job/Raid optimization.

* Good attitude, a sense of humor, can throw out the banter for giggles. If you're not willing to engage with group chatter, nor be respectful towards the rest of the group, you will be culled out instantly. I do not have time for people with shitty toxic attitudes. Ego? Lovely! Little bit of "Elitism"? Sure, we're all a bit arrogant sometimes, but there are boundaries; If they're crossed, you're out.

* Communication. I cannot stress this enough. I will not accept a mute Warrior. You must be able to cooperate with your Main Tank, perform important raid call outs and communicate with the rest of the Raid. Proactive Warriors are best Warriors.

* Outside communication. Facebook, Skype, Whatsapp or SMS (if you're in the UK); One of those forms of outside communication are a must.

Our scheduled Raid Times until content is cleared are:

* Sunday -> Thursday: 7pm ST -> 11pm ST.
* Friday/Saturday are "if we can make it" days: 7pm ST -> Late.
