Steps:
1. Level up to Arcanist/15, doing guild quests every five levels
2. Stop doing guild quests, continue with main story quest and level Arcanist up to 31
3. Level Thaumaturge to 15, culinarian to 5, weaver to 5 as well while doing main story quest
4. Go back to Limsa to catch up on guild quests so I can take the Summoner job
5. Thubyrgeim has no quest marker, doesn't give quests, and only has 'small talk' options about Arcanima and the guild when spoken to.
