Now that people have learned how to dodge AOEs (hopefully...), isn't it time to teach them some rotations and advanced techniques with all lv.60 skills available? Some examples for lessons can be taken from raid mechanics like:
[Healer] Healing through heavy tankbusters or multihits like Akh Morn.
[Tank] Using Provoke for tank swaps after certain number of stacks.
[DPS] Using high burst damage to finish adds quickly.
Can we have Hall of the Master now?

Mm, on my observation, the game doesn't touch at all into such things as rotations. While they are an existing concept among players, nothing in the game ever even suggests there is certain order in which you should do things, apart from skills where the sole mechanic is chaining few of them. And to be honest I like it that way. The player base can go on all about rotations and perfect playing but that's not the game's job. The game's job is to guide the players in the concepts, not to hold their hand for min/maxing.

Some things people just have to learn from themselves. Maybe I'm just really adept at MMOs or something, but there's not a rotation in this game that didn't seem really obvious to me and easily learned through leveling.
Keep your buffs and debufs up 100% and do your highest potency attacks as much as possible without letting the prior fall off. That just doesn't seem hard enough to me to warrant a tutorial on it, though I know all too well that people still manage to fail at it... -
