Unable to Queue in Progress for Duty Roullete Expert

My Free Company member tried to queue as "In Progress" tank for Duty Roulette Expert because our tank dropped for no reason without saying anything before the first boss.

He tried to queue up, through Ex and wasn't getting in. So instead he queued for the dungeon specifically and did get in.

Please patch this. This happened on the Anti-Tower. A lot of people think it's the weaker of the 2 dungeons, and if people can't queue to in progress, AND get their bonus, there's a chance of everyone having to wait and then disband if they can't get a Free Company member to join.

Maybe this is as intended to prevent abuses... but it makes the "Join Party in Progress" button rather useless.
