I've had a multitude of people on Sargatanas complain about an extreme amount of serverside latency. Getting hit with constant delays up to 10 seconds, and finding quite a few people are d/cing over it. So what's going on?

I've had a multitude of people on Sargatanas complain about an extreme amount of serverside latency. Getting hit with constant delays up to 10 seconds, and finding quite a few people are d/cing over it. So what's going on?
It's happening across all North American servers. Maintenance tonight so that might fix it.
