Error 3035 - Part 2, now with video

Going to copy and paste the content of my old thread here, as it was moved to resolved issues.

I did some research regarding error 3035 during character creation, most seem to have been able to resolve the issue with a client restart. However, this doesn't seem to be the case for me.

Things that I've tried so far:

• Client restart
• Full client reinstall (removing anything leftover after uninstall)

Now, there is a single instance where I am allowed to create a character on any server using my current character name (on any server where the name is available). Even going through 20+ random names would always kick back with error 3035, but using my current character name on any server works just fine...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
