[Mentor System] Can't join network

Dear SE,
Please fix this
* Unable to join Novice Network. The channel has reached the maximum number of users. *

We want to help, but end up we can't and get annoyed for everywhere I go.

Nothing to fix, the channel is limited to 100 mentors and 412 sprouts.

You can teleport around until someone leaves and you make it in. I have done this a few times and usually doesn't take long.

It'd be nice if it didn't keep spamming this message on us every time we teleported though. Let us know once that it can't join and then let us know when it does join. We don't need to be told each time we teleport that we still didn't get added.
