Error 601 when attempting Subscription Renewal

:mad:SE lift your game with mogstation subscription renewals and legacy accounts! three days now no information as to why I got a error 601 bizarrely with the same CC I use for my legacy account I was able today to pay a monthly subscription for a new account yet cant renew my legacy accounts subscription with the same CC what the hell SE? Fix this mess with mogstation please or I'm just considering cancelling my legacy's service as well as the fresh account i started today lmao talk about a buggy billing service

I've spoken to live customer support to no avail only to be told they cant fix the issue and my matter has been escalated for investigation this is a mogstation issue and I'm surprised the same issue that plagued 1.0 is still causing headaches I'm surprised subscriptions are manage to be kept with this headache of a problem. Any idea how long the wait is for me to receive the email telling me the problem is fixed?
