Unable to Roullete

Hi, today when loggin in I tried to do my leveling roullete on my paladin. I got the message "one of your party memebers does not meet the requirements" despite being alone. I tried this three times then got a penalty. I waited for penalty, tried again, same message, and I got another penalty after only one try

As it stands, I am not able to access any duty finder roulletes without getting booted from them. Considering this is how we get a large chunk of our bonuses, I hope this gets fixed soon
