Positive Experience with a Certain GM

I had an unfortunate incident earlier in which I had to report an abusive player, and I just wanted to let GM Unurlotho's superiors know that he/she responded promptly and with excellent courtesy and professionalism and was very reassuring that should the violation I reported be found, the appropriate actions would be taken. This GM is a great asset to the moderator community, and it's always been my policy that excellent customer service should never go unnoticed. I was told by him at my request on how best to make sure his/her superiors know of the superb quality with which he/she handled this incident that posting a new thread in this forum would be sufficient. Thank you again, GM Unurlotho, and keep up the great work!
