Are they ever planning on adding lvl 60 variants of Poison/Blind potions...?

Or will they arbitrarily decide it isn't worth the time or the effort?

I just tend to notice some of the items that went up to lvl 50 such as the Potent Blind/Poison just drop off at that point and fade into obscurity.
