a change to capped tomes

i really hate doin anything that gives capped tomes after i am capped as it just feels like a waste of time since the tomes i would be getting are going right into the trash.

How about make it so that say a dungeon gives 80 eso's, and 10 lore, if you are capped, all lore tomes are converted into eso's at half of what you would have received, so now you'll get 85 eso's after cap.

its a small thing but could go a longer way if people are doing nothing but midas/trials n such all day capped
