Achievements not showing up in Lodestone Database

I have a spreadsheet that I used to keep track of my progress on various achievements and I have noticed a discrepancy with the achievements displayed on the Playguide Database. If you look here there are 1405 Achievements in total with 85 under Quests>Quests, and 27 under Items>Items.

However, when I count on my achievement log, there are 89 under Quests and 40 under Items. The missing achievements from the play guide are;

The War Still Wageth On
Anima Crossing

Animaniac: Ancile & Almace
Animaniac: Verethragna
Animaniac: Ukonvasara
Animaniac: Rhongomiant
Animaniac: Gandiva
Animaniac: Kannagi
Animaniac: Magestas
Animaniac: Hvergelmir
Animaniac: The Draconomicon
Animaniac: Tetrabiblos
Animaniac: Nothung
Animaniac: Armageddon
Animaniac: Deneb

I know that seasonal quests don't know up on the playguide because they can't be obtained once the event is over, but the achievements listed above are either story quest or animus relic related, so they shouldn't be excluded from the playguide list.
