PS4 - Still cannot download patch files

I am dying here. 6 days, and I still cannot get the patch installed it fails after about a minute or two.

I need PS4 help, not PC so please do not link with PC solves. Does us PS4 users no good..

Does anyone have anything?

Bumping again until Tech support actually answers us. Reinstall didn't work, port forwarding didn't work, wireless and wired connection didn't help. It's definitely not my internet.. SE Please respond to us, it's been 6 days and none of us can log on. You are going to lose a whole lot of people if you don't talk to us and let us know what the major malfunction is....that and I'm going to want a time credit for every day that you fail to inform/fix this problem..

I'm still having the same problem as well. Since I had to reinstall it and after it finally made it through one of the updates and I made it to the May 26 2015 update, it started doing it again. I may just cancel my current subscription and move on to other games as it isn't worth all the trouble I've had with it over the past week. Especially since this is the only game I'm having problems with.

I still cannot download the patch files... and thanks to the moderator I have done EVERYTHING... I booted in safe mode on my PS4, I reformatted my PS4, I port forwarded I did everything..

Screw this game, someone answer me
