Static looking for a SCH for 3.2 progression

We're a relatively new-formed static on Phoenix who was working on last phase of A3s before 3.2 landed and we are looking for a SCH to complete our ranks.

Raid schedule isn't set in stone to fit everyone's needs, but we are going for a minimum of 3 raid days a week of minimum one lock out (aka 1h30). We usually start raiding at 8 pm ST or 9 pm ST during week days (as for the week ends, time is set according to everyone's needs).

We're not asking much more than attendance, respect and willingness to learn, wipe and progress. Also given the current progression of the static, we ask for a minimum of A1s and A2s kills, and will highly appreciate experience in A3s (or even A4s :D). Besides, we ask for presence on Teamspeak (tho speaking isn't mandatory, listening is enough).
