I think this must be a bug? surely? you go from being able to buy them with law to doing 10 fractal runs to get 1 bit? this has to be a bug surely SE wouldn't do this? I mean if it isn't why would square do this to paying customers? I mean did they accidently program the loot dop to 1% instead of 100% ?
