1. Summon any minion (tested with Wind-Up Garuda, Clockwork Twintania 5 times with Garuda and 2 times with Twintania)
2. Accept repeatable quest "Sugar, Spice, and Everything Rice" from Royal Servant NPC
3. Run over to Ul'dahn Citizen NPCs
4. Hand over "Roasted Rice Cake" to an Ul'dahn Citizen, left with 1 "Roasted Rice Cake"
5. Hand over last "Roasted Rice Cake" to an Ul'dahn Citizen
6. Quest objective is fulfilled, and minion de-spawns.
