99 totems per mount!?. Can we have this!?. | I don't want to farm primals forever!.

I would ask Square Enix to give us the option to trade 99 totems of a given primal for its mount since I don't want, ever again, to farm for ponies or falcons with the uncertainty of getting one someday!...

.- Drop rate is too low and RNG always seems to favor anyone else but oneself.

.- Lootmaster rules don't work because it would take hundreds of runs for everyone to get their falcons and a farm party won't run for longer than a dozen clears, if they ever get it going.

.- A static for falcon's farming won't happen easily and not everyone can get in one anyway.

So, just give us the option to trade 99 hard won totems for the respective mount, that way we can be at ease knowing we will someday get the mount!...

They eventually nerf the rarity of mounts. Ponies aren't anywhere near as rare as they used to be.

Farming keeps content alive longer though.

I agree with any arbitrary number. Be it 99, be it 200. We're already not farming for a weapon until it drops, we're farming for it at most until we have 10 tokens. No matter how high the RNG is someone is likely to stay unlucky. Meaning who would it harm?

EDIT: for example yesterday I've farmed for 7h. IT was half static, half pugs. We didn't even SEE a single drop. It got so bad, that we decided that the moment it drops, even if it goes not to us, but to randoms we're going to cheer and screenshot it.

7h farming thats a lot of kills ...and 0 drops ?

they want to keep the content alive , but when the 8 ppl farming dont need anything from it and are there just because the mount , thats not "alive" .... u arent helping new players to kill the primal , u arent getting some1 weapon.... u are just tossing your dice against the wall...with a 2% (aprox?) chance of dropping a mount that goes 1 lucky player (of 8).

probably got about 45 runs since 3.2 and I've only seen 1 drop.

God I would love this really. Its hard enough to find a group that can clear the fights consistently. To then have a the low % rng drop AND have to beat our 7 other ppl? Its just not worth it :(

At least this way there's an end in sight. I know that after certain amount of wins I'll get a mount. Keep the drop rate as is but give us the option to trade in tomes for them. And like someone said. Make 100 make it 200 whatever # you see fit. Just give me a light at the end of the farming tunnel

It's always nice to know when something will be completed, to have a goal, I strongly dislike uncertainty and if they made it, and I think it's more than a fair amount, 99 totems per mount it would make it so much nicer for everyone!...

I remember farming Shiva EX for more than 200 times and seeing how many got their ponies while I never did, I had to buy mine actually, it felt really bad and I don't want anything of that to ever repeat!...

I doubt the trials will die anyway since there is always someone clearing for the first time or someone wanting a specific weapon!...

So please, Square Enix, just make it possible to trade 99 totems for the mounts!...

I only have a dozen hive totems so don't worry, I'd still have to clear Ravana 87 times yet, the other primals even more!... -_-

it also burns out people faster. Personally I might increase the count since I'm already above 50 totems and I have only seen 2 and yes the person who fell off won the mount. /sigh

And didn't the relic also burn out people for being too grindy and too long? I had to do a double take when I saw this thread.
